A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in US, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the court where the service provider is located. Upon receiving a counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a lawsuit to prevent the reinstatement.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Peaceful flow has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit or block access to content and services for users who violate copyright law repeatedly.
